Explore the unique life-enhancing benefits of flower medicines, including their healing properties and cosmological dimensions for your physical, mental, and emotional health, as you deepenyour spiritual development.

What happens inside you when you start noticing the first blushes of spring with flowers bursting forth in all their colorful and aromatic glory? When the first whiff of lilacs tickles your nose?

Across cultures, flowers are offered to express love, sympathy, and celebration. They’re used ceremoniously in a wide range of traditions stirring our hearts, eliciting in us a sense of joy and renewal, and awakening our senses and belief in the beauty of life.

Flowers also have great medicinal properties for our overall physical health and wellbeing in fact, they carry some of the highest healing energies in the natural world.

According to renowned master herbalist and aromatherapist David Crow, healing practitioners across the globe, including herbalists, naturopathic doctors, and shamans...

... have used flower essential oils, salves, healing balms, incense, aromatic baths, powders, and tinctures for centuries, if not millennia, for their therapeutic qualities.

Because they’re easy to use and hold powerful preventive and curative properties for a wide variety of common health challenges, flower medicines can be a highly beneficial addition to your home pharmacy and everyday self-care routine.

They’re particularly effective for cooling your body (and your mind) especially for women experiencing hormonal changes.

When you join David in his 7-module video course, you’ll learn how to create and effectively apply flower medicines to address a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional ailments...

... including digestive problems, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and more.

Flower medicines are also known for their antimicrobial, antiviral, skin regenerating, and wound-healing properties, and can help treat acute and chronic respiratory conditions, increase your immunity, help with detoxification, and provide pain relief.

With more than 40 years of experience in the field of botanical medicine and grassroots healthcare and as a foremost authority in herbal remedies David will guide you into a deeper understanding of the ancient and modern practices and technologies that flower medicine affords you.

As he shares different preparation methods of numerous flowers and how to use them...

... he’ll also help you embody and apply their cosmological intelligence as he leads you through meditations, rituals, and prayers that you can incorporate into your life.

You’ll experience the unique capacity of flower remedies to deepen your spiritual practice and connection with the healing frequencies of the Earth.

This is where the illuminated aspect of flower medicine comes in.

Illuminated herbalism is the use of medicinal plants (in this case, flowers) to enhance and deepen your meditative practices, while at the same time using contemplative processes to potentize your flower remedies.

Throughout the seven modules of this program, you’ll commune with and harness the healing properties of flowers for your mental, physical, and emotional health as you also cultivate a more profound spiritual life.

During this informative and deeply spiritual course, you’ll learn:

  • Why flowers are a unique category of botanical medicine and highly effective for treating a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional conditions
  • How to formulate and prepare many flower remedies, such as teas, tinctures, essential oils, flower essences, aromatherapies, and more and start developing your own home floral pharmacy
  • Contemplative spiritual practices to experience how meditating with certain flower formulations can strengthen the efficacy of the medicines
  • Ways to use flower medicines as potent allies in preventive health care that can also improve the quality and enjoyment of your life
  • The powerfully rejuvenating benefits that flower medicines can have on your immediate and long-term health
  • How using flowers in your self-care practices can increase your pleasure, even if you have no immediate health concerns
  • Why flower formulations are uniquely effective at cooling your body which is distinctly important for reducing inflammation and managing symptoms of menopause
  • The curative sweetness of some flowers and how they can help you renew your experience of sensuality and sexual pleasure
  • Which flowers can reduce your anxiety, promote deep relaxation, and improve your sleep
  • How to prepare teas, medicated oils, poultices, baths, and salves, for their antimicrobial, skin regenerating, and wound-healing properties
  • Ways to treat acute and chronic respiratory conditions and create antiviral formulas
  • Which flowers can improve your digestive health, increase your immunity, detoxify, and enjoy pain relief
  • And much more...

As David says, flower medicines are relaxing, uplifting, and euphoric, and therefore excellent additions to supporting meditation and rituals, as well as enhancing dreaming, visualization, and manifestation practices.

You’ll learn that simply using floral baths, aromatherapy, and flower teas has been found to improve the quality and enjoyment of your life, while offering you effective ways to prevent disturbances of your body and mind before they manifest.

Every session will include experiential uses of medicinal teas and essential oils to gain an immediate and deeper understanding of the physiological effects of each species.

You’ll also discover that flower medicines are generally low-cost and easy to find and use often available in your own garden, local environments, herb stores, and online, making them a practical addition to your self-care regimen.

David will provide a full list of the flower species you’ll be using and resources for procuring them before the course, so you can taste and smell them during body-based meditations in each class and feel their healing capacity in real time.

If you’d like to be immersed in the healing potential of flower medicines and how to work with them to amplify your health and wellbeing, join us.

The primary aroma of flowers is sweet, and sweetness is the fragrance and taste that nourishes the body and promotes pleasure and longevity.

Potently aromatic flowers worn as perfumes, attars, and garlands and strewn abundantly at celebrations and festivities have been used throughout history for their sensuality-enhancing powers.

When you’re under the spell of floral intoxication, you can’t help but feel and act younger. Your heart remembers joy, and your relationship and intimacy improves with yourself and then with others.

In some cultures, it’s said that flowers were given as gifts to humans by the celestial deities and they have the capacity to lift your consciousness into higher realms of happiness.

A combination of floral aromatherapy and calming flower infusions can often overcome most chronic forms of stress, tension, and insomnia...

Gentle yet frequently highly effective flower medicines can be used from a single species, or flowers can be combined together or with other categories of herbs.

The treatment of gynecological imbalances with flower medicines can be relaxing and enjoyable, as well as therapeutic. These therapies include flowers in baths, floral oils for body oils, floral perfumes, and other applications.

Some flower remedies work at deep levels of your endocrine system, and can bring balance to chronic and acute conditions of your menstrual cycle and menopausal changes.

Prepared as teas, medicated oils, poultices, baths, and other forms, they’re cooling, soothing, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, skin-regenerating, and wound-healing.

Some species of flowers are rich in nutrients that are especially beneficial for strengthening and protecting the eyesight.

Many of these species are now the subject of research for their antiviral powers against SARS-CoV-2 virus and as applications for acute and long Covid-19 infections.

Species such as echinacea are common in home pharmacies, while others, such as bee balm, are found in gardens and local environments.

When you use them as essential oils in aromatherapy, they can become a potent addition to purifying blends that remove pathogens from the atmosphere and strengthen your respiratory immunity.

Numerous flower medicines can gently support your body’s natural detoxification processes, and others are stronger purgatives and purifiers. Some work by assisting the cleansing of your blood, some work by enhancing lymphatic drainage...

... some work by improving digestive power and restoring the gut membrane and microbiome, and some work by supporting liver and kidney functions.

Numerous flower medicines have significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic powers that can be helpful for both acute and chronic conditions. Some are in the form of essential oils that can be prepared into liniments... some are best taken as tinctures and teas... and some can be used in herbal baths.

Flower medicines in various forms are used for treating dysmenorrhea, headaches, inflammation in the digestive tract, musculoskeletal pain and inflammation, and many other conditions. Flowers, Pollinators & Humans
Video Teaching From David Crow

As humans, we’re dependent on flowers and their pollinators for survival. We’re creatures that live on the nectar of flowers. Without it and them there would be no food chain as we know it. There would be no grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, or seeds, and most foods for animals would be gone. Discover that the basis of pollination is the sweet nectar of flowers, and the final result of metabolizing our food is glucose. According to Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, this nectar is the basis of longevity, endurance, and vitality all of which become depleted as we age. You can use flower medicines to rejuvenate the nutrient essence, boost your immunity, prevent illnesses, support your spiritual practices, and enhance your cognitive functions.

The Flowers of the Human Body & Subtle Nervous System
Video Teaching From David Crow

The opening and closing of flowers is a metaphor found in mystical and spiritual teachings. In Taoist medicine, the sense organs are described as flowers that open and close according to the cycle of waking and sleeping allowing the prana of consciousness to project into and withdraw from the outer world. The chakras of yoga and Tantra are described as flowers of higher consciousness waiting to blossom. Learn how many flowers can be used in a variety of forms to support your meditation practices from euphoric blue lotuses to uplifting roses to intoxicating plumerias.

“[David’s] teaching style made complex and new material easy to assimilate.”

I loved the insight I got from teachings from a wide range of traditions, and how I could easily apply them to my life without needing to personally study a new belief system in-depth. I also loved the way David drew connections between belief systems and all of us, and gently supported participants in challenging any beliefs they held that were incongruent with facts. I would happily study any more courses that David were to offer, as I found that his teaching style made complex and new material easy to assimilate.
