Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD

Through the gentle healing methods of Qigong, discover how you can replenish and balance your energy centers to boost your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing — and enjoy restored vitality, deeper love, and heightened consciousness.

Do you already love the ancient Chinese mind-body practice of Qigong, or do you seek a practice that is incredibly calming and enjoyable to do?

The gentle movements and mindful breath practices of Qigong are great for strengthening and stretching the body, while enhancing balance, flexibility, and proprioception.

What you may not realize is that there is a higher level of Qigong — one that goes beyond the physical realm of exercise and stress reduction, and allows your body, mind, and spirit to energetically access the highest expression of your true purpose and naturally available personal powers.

In Western medicine, the body, mind, and spirit are considered to be separate entities — a medical doctor addresses the physical body, a psychologist or therapist cares for the mind, and a faith leader administers to the spirit. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Three Treasures are integrated with the spirit, creating a portal to extraordinary healing power. Spirit. mind, and body are addressed simultaneously to decipher dysfunction and dis-ease, and to mobilize unexpected and typically neglected inherent healing forces.

To reach this level, you must bring into balance the three energy centers known as dantians or “elixir fields,” known in the Qigong cultivation world as the Three Treasures.

The Three Treasures consist of Jing (body), Qi (mind), and Shen (spirit). Jing, powering the lower dantian, is what gives our physical body the metabolic and healing chemistry of neurotransmitters like endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin. When Jing is in balance, it supports the function of the middle dantian, Qi, which is the energy that resides between the spirit and the body and is critical for mental clarity, emotional stability, and an open heart. Shen, associated with the upper dantian, is our spiritual side, elevating our consciousness and cognition of higher ideals; it’s our “presence” in the world and the repository of our transcendental power.

According to Qigong Master Roger Jahnke, OMD, we’re healthy and whole when our Jing, Qi, and Shen communicate harmoniously with one another. This perfect state of homeostasis can be thrown into flux, however, by a massive array of stressors in our everyday lives. When we’re in balance, we feel equanimity and vitality — and when we’re not, we are more susceptible to sickness and emotional turmoil.

Join us for a powerful online workshop with Roger to learn about and even feel the palpable benefits of aligning and integrating the Three Treasures, using the gentle movements and breathing techniques of Qigong to attain inner coherence. An unexpected symbiotic relationship is elicited, creating a sense of wellbeing, emotional stability, and a strong connection to the Universal ONEness.

Roger will lead you in a Qigong practice to help maintain a clear connection within your integrated triune self. You’ll feel the Three Treasures flowing freely, enabling you to transform your Jing into Qi, which then can be transmuted into Shen, optimizing your body and mind, while elevating your spirit to a new level of clarity and understanding.

In this free, empowering workshop, you’ll discover:

  • What the Three Treasures are — and what it means to bring them into balance and harmony to achieve coherence
  • How to target the three “elixir fields” (known as dantians) in the body — and how these energy centers (equivalent to chakras) are currently defined by science as key to vagal tone and neurotransmitter interaction
  • A Qigong practice that coalesces the flow of healthy energy to balance your mind and body so your radiant spirit can shine
  • The profound insights of ancient monks, physicians, warriors, and priestesses of the original Chinese tribes on how to activate the three profound inner elixirs: Earth, HeartMind, and Heaven
  • How to move beyond Qigong as a simple exercise program to a way of life that can nourish your body, mind, and spirit

In this hour, you’ll also hear about an opportunity to go deeper on this subject in Roger’s new 7-week Qigong course where you’ll learn the Ten Phases of Qi Cultivation and Mastery that target the three dantians, creating specific, naturally occurring inner elixirs that you can make within your own body — healing and empowering you emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

You’ll learn and practice specific Qigong breath and mind exercises from Dr. Jahnke’s celebrated second book, The Healing Promise of Qi. These ten phases can transform you so that your greatest possible future is cultivated. Imagine living at your highest levels of vitality, connectedness, wellbeing, and inner peace.

You’ll experience why Roger's 30+ years of experience in the fields of acupuncture, herbal medicine, mind-body practice, wellness, and integrative medicine — as well as his mastery of Qigong and Tai Chi — makes him ideally suited to lead you on this self-healing journey.
