Animal communicator Joan Ranquet, a TEDx speaker, Hay House and Sounds True author, educator, and animal parent, leads an inspired life. Joan has connected with animals professionally for more than 25 years, and personally for as long as she can remember — helping her earn recognition on MSN’s list of “Top 25 People Who Do What They Love.” Her calling has led her to work with hundreds of thousands of animal guardians, trainers, barn managers, and vets — teaching animal communication through workshops, wildlife retreats, and private sessions. 

In 2009, Joan founded CWALU (Communication With All Life University), a certification program involving animal communication, energy healing, nature, and wildlife, with classes both online and in person. She is the author of Communication With All Life and Energy Healing for Animals, and a contributor to the book, Dharma of Dogs and Karma of Cats. Joan’s latest book is Emotional Freedom Technique for Animals and Their Humans.

Joan’s hands-on process with animals troubleshoots behavioral and medical issues, stimulates healing (in conjunction with conventional treatment), and deepens her clients’ ability to care for and understand their animals. Believing that these aren’t gifts for a select few, she teaches tangible skills that guide her students to consistently and confidently communicate with animals. Joan has spearheaded trips to swim with wild dolphins, facilitated excursions to South Africa and Borneo, and now leads eco wildlife adventures with endangered species.

Joan shares her expertise and experience all over the country, speaking on animal communication, human/animal relationships, energy healing, and marine wildlife. Deemed “Celebrity Animal Communicator” in an AMC Channel documentary, Joan has been featured in many publications and shows, including The Hollywood Reporter, Dateline, Today, Good Morning America, The Los Angeles Times, and Animal Planet.
